While we are not registered dietitians, we assist clients in understanding the importance of appropriate caloric intake, aid clients in educating themselves about the vital role of macro and micro nutrients, and guide clients on how to incorporate nutrient dense eating into their lifestyles. When appropriate, we also collaborate with other health professionals to ensure you're receiving the most complete care or refer you to additional sources.
