While Jessica is not a registered dietitian, she is a certified Sports Nutrition Specialist through the International Sports Sciences Association.  She uses this knowledge to assist clients in understanding the importance of appropriate caloric intake, aid clients in educating themselves about the vital role of macro and micro nutrients, and guide clients on how to incorporate nutrient dense eating into their lifestyles to help improve their mental wellbeing.
